About Me

I am a licensed mechanical engineer (PE) in the State of Nebraska! I currently work on designing cellular tower structures and analyzing loading on these structures, but I've also designed consumer products goods in the office furniture and automotive industries. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) in 2008 with my BSME (Go Big Red!) and MBA from the University of Iowa in 2012.I have taught Junior Achievement, been a Big Sister (as part of Big Brothers/Big Sisters), and was a college T.A. in chemistry for UNL. I have been a guest lecturer for UNL and UNO (Omaha) for the Complete Engineer seminars in 2020 and 2021.I am excited to help others learn about engineering, math and sciences, and love sharing my lessons learned throughout my career to help the next generation within their own STEM careers!
