I graduated Carson-Newman University with my B.A. in Biology in 2014. I then completed a year of Physical Therapy School before getting my M.A.T. in education from the University of Memphis in 2019.
My main job being a Science Teacher at the high school/middle school level. I have taught Environmental Science, Biology, Physics, ACT Math, Anatomy and Physiology, and Middle School Science.
My favorite subjects to teach are lower math (middle school and algebra 1) and Biology.
My teaching philosophy is relationships first. I believe that if you can trust your teacher, then you can learn from you teacher. I give examples, practice problems, and explain content from easy material to hard material to build on each other.
