I am a certified k-8 teacher with an endorsement in k-8 Math and technology. Both subjects are my passion. However, I have been very successful in teaching Reading as well. I have been a classroom teacher in Detroit for ten years teaching various types of learners. I am a firm believer that every child can learn, we just have to understand that children learn differently. They can be a visual, auditory or kinesthetic learner. As an educator, it is my job to determine what is the best strategy for your child to be successful and to provide advice for you as a parent. I can't wait to meet you and your scholar.
