As the daughter of a Taiwanese woman and a Chinese linguist father, I have always been surrounded by language. After studying abroad in Nanjing, China and working as an English teacher in Taipei, Taiwan, I feel I have a good grasp on what learning any language entails, and the wonderful benefits of doing so. My main strengths lie in helping others to see their linguistic potential, in both English and Chinese, be it in writing, reading, speaking or listening. I hope to be connected to students that I can assist in becoming comfortable and confident in their language.
