I am a recent graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BS in Biology and minors in Mathematics and Biochemistry. I am currently working on computer coding and enjoy tutoring students, specializing in test preparation for the ACT, SAT, and GRE.

I am currently a graduate student at Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester conducting research in Biophysical Chemistry. I recently graduated in June 2017 from the University of California - Irvine with two Bachelor degrees. One was in Biomedical Engineering and the other was in Materials Science and Engineering. With two engineering degrees, I feel comfortable working with students in all realms of Math and Science.

I am always excited to help others and would like to teach students to improve with their academic skills, help with home work, instant assistance and ace the college board tests, SAT I and SAT subject and AP Tests. I spent much time examining during my high school and would like to share my knowledge, experience, test tips, strategies and test time management skills.

I am currently a student at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Biotechnology and in the Burnett Medical Scholars Program.

My interest in tutoring and the publishing industry stem from the same source: I want to help instill in others the same love of learning I have felt throughout my life. Whether it's getting lost in a good book or feeling the thrill of excitement at finally solving a difficult math problem, I feel that learning should be fun and viewed as a challenge, not a chore. Throughout my academic career, I have been a well-rounded student, excelling in math as well as language and literature. I am a notoriously good test-taker, a skill developed from solid study habits that I hope to pass on to future students. For me, tutoring is my way of giving back to my community and paying forward the help I've gotten from teachers, mentors, and fellow students throughout my life.

I am currently a medical student in Philadelphia, and have a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University. I have several years of experience tutoring SAT students, but thanks to my mixed background I have proficiency in a wide range of subjects including mathematics, biological sciences, engineering, and physical sciences.

I'm available to tutor biology, chemistry, physics, math from Algebra up through AP Calculus, SAT test prep, and French. I've been tutoring students in science and math for 7 years. I also spent 8 months working and studying in France, and have tutored high school and adult students in French. When I'm not working or studying, I love playing volleyball (indoors or on the beach!) and spending time outside, canoeing or hiking with my dog. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

I attended the Bergen County Academies in New Jersey, a selective, application-based magnet school, for high school.

I am not teaching or grading papers, I can usually be found playing some brass instrument or another, umpiring baseball, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or spending far too much time on Netflix.
