I grew up in a well-educated family and was always encouraged to pursue higher qualifications, especially in Physics and Math. As a result, I became very passionate about these subjects since my early childhood and this passion never lets me fall behind from securing the first position in my classes - zero to high school level. Consequently, this inspiring high school achievement paved the way to my Master of Physics degree.
Currently, I have been teaching Physics at a High School and taught Math and Science in private high schools for 5 years. I have about 10 years experience as a tutor. My teaching and tutoring experience, combined with my studies and founded on my early strong Math/Science background have provided me with higher order skills in interpersonal communication, sound knowledge of subject matters, team skills and a clear capacity to self-manage in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and accountability. I have, along with my teaching career, found that students feel more relaxed and empowered when they are shown multiple ways to solve Physics or Mathematical problems until that make a complete sense of them. I enjoy connecting the learning outcomes to the daily life activities. As a result, students tend to confidently decide which strategies work best for them. I feel it is important to make learning interesting and creative, and one way to achieve this is through the connection of physics with their daily life activities; this allows children to explore and understand situations, and express feelings, thoughts, and emotions.

I view my students varied personality traits as their strengths and intuitively believe that everyone has got talents to solve their day to day problems, including excelling in Math/Physics. Furthermore, seeing students within their contexts helps me to manage their behavior better and tailor teaching learning activities accordingly.


My university course and my teaching experience have confirmed my belief that teaching is one of the most challenging, demanding, exhausting but varied and exciting careers there are.

I really look forward to working in a job that is so important, being privileged to be such a vital part of so many young lives and making a real difference.
