I am passionate about writing as well as teaching. My main focus is creative writing or personal essay and I enjoy helping students work on thier writing skills to their fullest ability. Aside from writing, I also music, art, philosophy, and to travel to new places . Today I am a college graduate looking for ways to use writing to tell fuel the mind and ignite the flame. As a tutor, the most important goal for me is to help students understand writing in way that make sense to them. With previous experience as a workshop leader, I have had the opportunity to try out different mediums for each student in order to find the best fit that works for them. The ability to think, question, and revise is an important process and I hope I can give students the courage and confidence to write their own pieces they are proud of. I am thankful to have writing as a form of expression and am inspired to go further by connecting with others in a unique way. If you are looking for help with writing please specify exactly what you need and I will be happy to try and meet those standards.

Q & A

What is your teaching philosophy?

My teaching philosophy is to find a way that works for them. No matter how unique, idiosyncratic, or different it may be, every student has their own style of learning, and I would not want to interfere with how one student understands something compared to another.
