What is your teaching philosophy?
Helping students to reach their goals.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I would talk about my background and share my past experience of studying. I also would ask what their goals are.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
If they make mistakes, I would let students correct them first by themselves.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I would keep having a conversation about their ultimate goals.
