I'm here because I want to better both the lives of my students and my own through education. The most important thing is that a tutor be patient, understanding, and clear with his student, and I strive to be all of these things with every student that I meet.

I have been a teacher of academics (art, history, English) and of movement--skiing, snowboarding, Spinning, fitness, and yoga. I love to teach and it seems that everything I love to do, I end up teaching!

My name is Kelsey Palmer and I am a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies in Three Departments: Rhetoric and Writing Strategies, History, and Recreation and Tourism Management. I have a passion for writing and editing and love to share that and help others.

...to tutor is Math because a lot of people have bad experiences with math teachers and I love trying to be a good teacher to show that Math isn't always that bad. I think that I am here to teach you how to learn and how to think instead of teaching you the correct answers. Outside of tutoring and school, I enjoy playing chess, watching TV, playing video games, and exercise of all sorts.

I'm a senior at Brigham Young University studying Genetics and Mathematics. I love molecular biology, slam poetry, my family, cheesecake, Japan, and life in general.
