The Mathematics Test has content that covers numbers and quantity, algebra and functions, geometry, and statistics and probability.
The Praxis Subject Assessments consists of Subject Assessments and Principles of Learning and Teaching Tests. Subject Assessments are used to measure your general knowledge and subject-specific knowledge and teaching skills. The Principles of Learning and Teaching Tests are used to measure your general pedagogical knowledge at a certain grade level range. You will be given a case study with which you must answer selected-response questions and short constructed-response prompts.
