I am deeply passionate about helping students because I find immense fulfillment in sharing my knowledge and learning from those I assist. This reciprocal process not only reinforces my understanding but also enriches my perspective. My experience working with students has been incredibly rewarding, as I have been fortunate to develop strong, positive relationships with them.

My educational journey began in Brazil, where I attended the Bahiana School of Medicine and Public Health, the Federal University of Bahia, and the University of So Paulo. I recently completed my Associate of Science degree in Business Administration with summa cum laude honors at Brightpoint Community College and am currently pursuing an accounting degree at George Mason University.

I hold a Medical Doctor degree and a Business Administration AS degree, and I am working toward an Accounting degree. I am equipped to tutor a variety of subjects, including Portuguese, Principles of Accounting I and II, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Biology, Science, History, Geography, and Math. Among these, Portuguese is my favorite subject to tutor. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of my native language and the vibrant Brazilian culture, which is currently attracting global interest. Understanding the language and culture can significantly enhance one's experience of Brazil.

My teaching philosophy centers on tailoring classes to meet the unique needs of each student. I believe in the power of exchanging knowledge and experiences between tutors and students, fostering an environment of mutual growth.
