Hello! My name is Elizabeth Curren, and I am passionate about helping students grow and succeed through personalized learning experiences. As the Second Grade Team Lead at Legacy Traditional School, I specialize in working with elementary students, particularly in math and reading. I have extensive experience supporting struggling readers and building foundational skills, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every child. Outside of teaching, I love to explore new hobbies that keep me engaged and balanced. I enjoy reading a wide variety of books, which not only helps me stay updated on literature but also gives me fun ideas to share with my students. I also love spending time outdoors, hiking, and discovering new trails, which keeps me active and energized. Additionally, I enjoy crafting and cooking, which are both great ways for me to unwind and use my creativity. I believe that learning should be an enjoyable and dynamic experience.
