My specialism is Fine Art Painting and Printmaking, with a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds. I am a qualified secondary school Art teacher with 22 years of experience working in middle schools and high schools as a Teacher and Head of Department in Suffolk and Essex.

I teach Art and Photography to GCSE and A Level students, and also have skills within Textiles, 3D Design and Graphic Communication. I like to make time to paint highly detailed portraits of people and animals in watercolours and acrylics.

I have a passion for all genres of Art and thoroughly enjoy passing on my knowledge and skills to others. Outside of teaching I am part of a singing group who perform in local concerts and fundraisers, I play the oboe and piano, and I enjoy going to live music events and exhibitions.
