I am a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. I have a Master of Arts in English literature, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication: Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in writing. Since graduating, I have taught students from pre-K through 12th grade. Classes I have taught include English courses and reading courses. I am most passionate about English, literature, reading, writing, and history. Education is important to improving lives, and I am a firm believer in assisting students of all ages to continue to advance themselves. I want to help students appreciate and move forward in their literacy. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exercising.
