Daniel Lewis is a strong, passionate, powerful, and successful educator from the New York City area. His foray into education began at the age of 16 when he began choreographing dance numbers at his local church and his high school. That led to his first teaching job at a summer youth camp at age 18 teaching hip-hop choreography for the next three years. By 2010, he turned his attention to being academic tutor thanks in part to his success with children and his stellar grade point average. Throughout his career, he has helped many students improve their math and ELA scores, pass key exams, and used his experience as a learning disable student to inspire others.

Daniel holds an A.A.S. in Liberal Arts/Math and Science from Westchester Community College, a B.A. in Theatre Arts/Mass Communication and Broadcasting from CUNY Herbert H. Lehman College, an MSEd. in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) from Sarah Lawrence College, and has additional credential in middle level education and middle level mathematics education via NYSUT (in affiliation with UFT).
