Currently, I am a 3rd year medical student at the University of Oxford. Having come from a humble state school background myself, I am looking to provide genuine insight and advice that I wish I could've imparted to somebody in a similar position to myself when I was in school or sixth form.

I have successfully tutored over 10 GCSE students, during my two years at sixth form college, across a wide variety of STEM subjects (including maths, further maths, and triple science). Every one of my past students went on to either pass and/or significantly improve upon their mock grades in the subject(s) I had tutored them in. By applying the same skillset I used, when tutoring GCSE students as a sixth form student, I have now actively started tutoring again for many prospective medicine applicants, in a wide range of subjects (including BMAT, personal statement, and interview preparation).

Having taught people in the past from a very wide range of abilities, I can also understand that different people engage better with certain learning styles than others. Moving forward, I am therefore happy to teach any student at any ability, regardless of their background, and adapt my teaching style to their needs and preferences.
