Writing articles about current events for newspaper publication is my passion. Covid has been restrictive to meet people therefore expanding my writing to become a published author of nonfiction books, using folksy speech bringing inanimate characters to life, such as farm animals, tractors, and scooters. I am working on a children's book about the magical adventures of a little Scottish girl and her adventures with elves, fairies and her little granny. I am very creative and enjoy reading books on mysticism of all religions. I studied privately with a priest at Alvernia University to get my BA in Communications and Psychology. I also studied with Herbert Benson MD at Harvard who holds the 1st chair in the world in Behavioral Medicine. Learning about his experiences with the Dali Lama, his mediation techniques for learning as well as Behavioral Medicine and Healing and Spirituality. I am a very sincere teacher especially teaching how to write biographies. I say when you interview a person you open their heart and write what is written there. When you tell their story it can be a spiritual and intellectual journey. I also enjoy spending time with my family and going to local plays and music events as well as traveling and exploring Nashville, Florida and historic places. I love history , all my ancestors were in America during the time of the Revolutionary War so I am a daughter of the American Revolution and write many stories about veterans.
