Hi everyone, I am a recent PhD graduate in chemistry. In college, I majored in biochemistry with minors in math and bioinformatics. I was in marching band, a student chapter of American Chemical Society, and did undergraduate research in an organic and biochemistry labs. I also was a supplemental instructor (SI) for intro to biology, where I led group study sessions for the historically difficult class. Regular attendees achieved As and Bs!

I have had experience tutoring for 7 years in STEM subjects. I also was a tutee for some STEM subjects (physics), so I have been on both sides of tutoring. I love helping students learn how to learn because that ultimately leads to their confidence and self-sustaining study practices. I teach through guiding questions and lots of drawings and practice.
