I graduated from SUNY Cortland where I earned a Bachelor of Science in teaching Physical Education. I later earned a Master of Science from SUNY Albany in Curriculum Design, and then I earned a Master of Arts in Teaching Degree in Mathematics from UMASS Dartmouth. I have taught at schools in Massachusetts, Florida and Colorado. I also worked as a private tutor at a tutoring center in Massachusetts. I am most passionate about helping student gain confidence and competence
in math at whatever level they are at. I firmly believe that all students can learn math and that math can open doors to a multitude of careers that are fun, exciting, and interesting. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
