I am a graduate of Valdosta State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Secondary Education. I taught math at a public high school for seven years, working with students ranging from 9th to 12th grade. The subjects I taught while there included Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. After my time at the high school level, I was hired as a math tutor at a community college, where I am currently working with students in Remedial Math, Pre-Algebra, College Algebra, Statistics, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. As an adjunct teacher, I have also taught Remedial Math courses at this same community college. I absolutely enjoy math and being able to help students with their understading of it. It is so gratifying and exciting to see my students improve in their math skills.
