I recently graduated from the University of Illinois: Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. One of my influences for taking up tutoring is receiving instruction from a high school tutor in chemistry. Through their guidance, I was able to find my passion and curiosity in this subject which shaped my college major decision. During my undergraduate, I helped a collection of friends and peers through general chemistry and I wish to replicate this interaction with others who are struggling with the subject. Mostly, I want my instruction to remove the intimidation of chemistry and allow students to see the larger picture of how we interact with chemistry every day.
