I am in my final year of college at Arizona State University and will graduate in May 2020 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. I am a passionate educator on the impact of diet, sleep, and lifestyle on long term brain health, and the importance of a healthy brain and gut in the context of living a vibrant, long life. My research interests are in the area of biomechanics optimization in order to improve athletic performance for athletes of all competitive levels.
