I am an experimental psychologist with a background in language and discourse research. I received my PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Memphis in 2011. I have extensive experience as an instructor for several undergraduate level psychology and statistics courses. My experience as an instructor has helped me to hone in on the skills necessary to become a competent educator and tutor. I believe one-on-one interaction is the key to learning for many students. I believe that providing students with individual attention and giving them as many opportunities to practice their knowledge as possible is how to help students move forward in their education. I look forward to working with those of you looking for help!
