Developing and monitoring individual learning plans for students was a major component as a tutor. Implanting personalized student goals, then adapting to student progression was a valuable skill. My ability to oversee the development of programming at Citizen Schools, as a Teaching Fellow, was a reason my students achieved a year to year significant increase in math understanding. I customized in-classroom teaching to a classroom of students and had great success.
