I am a double graduate of the University of Virginia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Economics, and I received my Master's in Bioananalytical Chemistry. Although I have a classical scientific background, I also have significant experience in ESL instruction. I teach ESL to Chinese natives through an online platform, which also provides me with significant experience with providing instruction via a webcam. I have experience with students of all ages, from teaching ESL to children as young as 4 to teaching complex scientific principles to adults in their 40's. I beleive in true versitility, adapting my teaching style and instruction to each individual student and their needs. I believe that the student should ultimately dictate the style, pace, and content of a lesson. In my free time I enjoy video games, painting, playing piano, and riding horses (hunter/jumper).
