Hello! My name is Lauren and I work as the Chief of Staff of Rise, a nonprofit that focuses on passing civil rights legislation for sexual assault survivors. I worked as a Writing Tutor for four years at the Harvard College Writing Center, and have tutored SAT and ACT tests. I majored in History and Literature and History and Science, and can tutor subjects from European History to French Literature.

Hobbies

Outside of tutoring, I love staying active and competing in half marathons (I am running one in Yosemite this spring!). I'm an avid science fiction and fantasy fan, and have reread the Harry Potter series too many times to count. Although I spend most of my time working in politics and activism, I to disconnect by exploring the city to find new restaurants, concerts, and off-broadway shows.
