I have a great passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. Perhaps this love started when I was in high school and few friends asked for homework assistance. I took their inquiry as an opportunity to start a student lead Study Group during my last 3 years of high school. I really enjoyed it!

After completing high school, I spent a year in Ecuador as an exchange student learning the language and culture of the country. After leaving Ecuador, I hosted a Spanish summer camp for children for 7 years. I continue to assist students and adults with their Spanish learning needs in addition to other subjects including but not limited to: French, basic computer knowledge, and Microsoft Office, to name a few.

I obtained my High School Education in The Bahamas and I am presently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Christian Education at Charlotte Christian College.

My specialty subjects to tutor is Spanish, basic French, and Microsoft Office. My favorite subject to tutor is Spanish and French because I have a great love for foreign languages and culture.

My teaching philosophy is that learning can be fun if we (the students and teachers) put in the effort to make it fun. My tutoring style is to stay excited and not take no for an answer. I push my students towards a confidence in themselves. I can only take my students as far as they are willing to go.

Outside of academia, I love spending time with my husband, my family and my friends whether it is going to the movies, taking a walk in the park or simply chilling together and talking.
