I am currently a mechanical engineering student at the University of Michigan. I've had several years of tutoring experience, both in private and group settings. In my experience as a private tutor, I have specialized in physics, calculus, algebra, and elementary/middle school math. As a group tutor, my time was spent mostly tutoring math. Specifically, I specialized in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and elementary school math.
I strive to build confidence in my students by making sure to actively engage with them and support them when they encounter challenging problems. I'm very casual while I'm teaching, which allows me to form a more casual and comfortable learning environment. I've found that this is when I see the most progress in my students!
