I am now teaching 5 subjects, with more than 25 years of experience in Education including ELL, ESE, Math, Reading, Language Arts. I recently taught ACT preparation and GED in Virtual school. I enjoy helping people. Student enjoy the innovative techniques and creative methods used to teach students. I enjoy listening to music, working on the computer, reading and going to church. I work with our choirs and help organize and write music for my family group. As an educator, I have enjoyed working in different settings.

I feel that my experience in exceptional student education, career counseling, teaching, library management, human resources-recruitment, community services, and program development would be an asset in tutoring because I know what employers are looking for in the workforce as well as preparation for different test required to complete high school.

Throughout my endeavors I have had the opportunity to work with teachers K-12, in ESE assisting in IEP preparation/implementation, GED and college preparatory programs, testing students using career interest surveys, unit test, and yearly achievement test IOWA, FCAT, WRAT; career counseling - course enrollment, advising students academically and creating career ladders for transition in the workforce; development of Individual Educational Programs, staff development, and case management.

In library management, I wrote yearly projected plans based on evaluations for community programs, and organization participation. Different projects warranted varied duties including: assisting patrons in finding information for research literature, placing volunteers on assigned task, enrolling patrons in book clubs, collaborating with other libraries, and writing reports for special projects.
