I am a graduate of Occidental College where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theater with a minor in Linguistics. After graduation I earned my Associates in American Sign Language Interpreting from College of the Canyons in California. Since then, I moved to New York City and am actively auditioning and working as an actor, while also managing a co-working space. I previously worked for Inspirica, a SAT tutoring company in NYC, and as a "Genius" at the Apple Store. I have also coached track and field both in school programs and privately. I am available to tutor many subjects, and am most fond of American Sign Language, theater, reading, and writing. I love helping students learn how to express themselves, whether it is in a second language or simply through a firmer grasp of their first. When I tutor I make sure the student is leading the way - I find that students learn best when they talk me through what they are struggling with and how they are getting to their solutions. Outside of acting and work, I love rock climbing, biking around the park, and hanging out with my cat.
