I may try to understand the level of the student.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

I can listen to a student's question and help on their needs.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

By explaining that if you understood something, you can understand the whole.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

I do my best. I find different methods and different examples to teach.
