About Me

I am a Biochemistry major at Tufts University, and I have aspirations to attend medical school after my undergraduate studies. This environment at Tufts helped develop my passion in the sciences and made me a more well-rounded person. I enjoy serving as a mentor, whether it includes tutoring or simply giving advice. My tutoring style focuses on identifying where the thought process becomes cloudy when a student looks at a problem or standardized test. I target this thought process and ask questions to guide the student to think about a better way to approach the problem. This way, the student is able to come up with the answer rather than have me tell them how to solve it properly. I mentored 5th and 6th graders when I was finishing up middle school and served as a mentor for freshmen in high school. At Tufts, I am also a mentor for premedical students and have thoroughly enjoyed every encounter I've had within these experiences.
