I am a Medical school graduate who is looking for tutor before starting my residency in July. I have worked with Princeton Review before I started medical school and tutored for the SAT Math, Verbal, and Writing sections. I enjoy teaching and find it a rewarding experience. As a medical student, I tutored underclassmen as well in various basic science subjects. Ever since I was in grade school myself, I enjoyed doing math problems and always found a fun way to work through them. Though I have not been certified to teach in an education system, I have plenty of experience teaching.
When I don't have my head stuck in a medical school text book, I enjoy dancing, cooking, crafting and hiking. Growing up, I did well in school. Each new academic challenge was exciting and motivational. I've learned that hard work and determination can come a long ways, and sometimes when you hit a subject that you struggle with, it may be very discouraging. I wish to help those who find a certain subject harder than the rest and keep them from giving up and instead help them to finish school, find a job, and build a career.
