I am a graduate of The University of Arizona. I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Engineering Management with a minor in Mathematics & Electrical Engineering. Since graduation, I have been in the corporate world, and working in Information Technology, with a focus in software testing. I'm currently an Associate Director, managing a group of software test engineers in India, Pakistan, US, & in Canada. After graduation, in addition to my full time job, I was tutoring children of various ages in Tucson & Phoenix, focusing on Math, Science (particularly Physics), and Hindi (my native language). I've tutored kids, teenagers, adults, and retired professional, and carry almost 11 years of tutoring experience, which includes teaching at the University of Arizona. While I tutor a broad range of science subjects, I am most passionate about Math & Hindi. In my experience helping struggling students teach additions, subtraction, algebra, trigonometry, Hindi language, etc. we always seem to use common sense examples to explain a concept. I am a firm proponent of doing mental math, believing it to be absolutely necessary for the development of math skills, and I try to impart this knowledge to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, spend time with my wife and my 3 year old daughter, watch TV, and learn Vedic Math.
