It is very interesting to teach, interact with people who are interested in a language, a culture I really like and that I know very well. There are plenty of ways to make the classes interesting, fun, different each time, depending also on the ages and the interests of the students.

I fully agree with the idea behind this quote: "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid," and I live my life as a teacher accordingly-- knowing my main goal is to meet a student where they are, and to guide them in the best suited way for them.

I am a Senior in College majoring in Psychology and minoring in French Literature. My academic experience studying developmental psychology as well as my childcare experience working with toddlers and K-2nd graders have inspired me to pursue a career working with children.
