I strive to help others learn by presenting information in a new light, experimenting with different methods of learning, and tracing back difficulties to their roots. I hope to make education less stressful and more accessible to students who are struggling or just need that extra help.... I believe that teaching needs to be individualized to the student's needs. Some people love lectures and taking their own notes, while other students need an element of play....

I'm 18 years old and I am a sophomore at Fordham University. I promise I won't disappoint!... I believe that it's important to establish a comfortable but professional relationship with a student so they ask questions more freely and are more willing to learn.... I would ask the student which areas of school they need help in, and develop a study plan that accommodates the student's preferred/most effective ways of studying.

I have experience working in Early Childhood Education both in Kindergarten and Elementary school age students with focuses in Phonics, Decoding, Reading, Comprehension, Writing and Math.
