I hold a BFA in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Theatre Arts from Valdosta State University. For the past decade, I've built my career in coaching, learning and development, and corporate trainingdesigning curriculum, leading workshops, and mentoring students and professionals one-on-one. My background blends academic expertise with real-world leadership, which allows me to help learners not only understand concepts but also apply them with confidence.

I tutor in public speaking, writing, English, and executive functioning. While I enjoy supporting students across all of these areas, I especially love public speaking and writing because they are transformative skills that unlock confidence, clarity, and opportunity.

My tutoring style is flexible and adaptive: I meet students where they are. Some learners need clear instruction, others thrive with idea generation or encouragement, and I'm comfortable providing all of that. What unites my approach is playfulness and authenticityI make jokes, share personal lessons, and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable taking risks. I believe growth happens when learning feels engaging, not intimidating.

I'm passionate about transformationhelping students gain clarity in areas that once felt complicated, and watching them step into greater confidence. I'm especially motivated by empowering learners with skills they can carry beyond the classroom into their careers and communities.

Outside of tutoring, I love traveling (Aruba was a recent highlight), running women's retreats, and exploring my creative side through theater, singing, painting, and improv. I also enjoy horseback riding, discovering new restaurants, and caring for my ever-growing collection of indoor plants.
