As a passionate Biology graduate from Eckerd College, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in subjects such as Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training. My teaching philosophy centers on interactive and adaptive learning, where I prioritize open communication and personalized support to ensure that every student can grasp complex concepts. I believe in breaking down information into digestible parts, as I learned while reforming training programs at Eckerd College Emergency Response Team. I am excited to share my love for biology, mathematics, and emergency medicine while encouraging curiosity and confidence in my students. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new teaching methodologies and am currently enrolled in a TESOL course to expand my teaching skills further.
