I graduated from Bloomfield High School and am currently a sophomore Environmental Science major at the University of Scranton. After completing my degree, I plan to go to veterinary school to get my DVM. I have been a tutor for the University of Scranton for a year now and recently got CRLA certified. I have tutored College Algebra and Pre-Calculus over that year, but am open to also tutoring General Chemistry and General Biology as those are two subjects I'm very passionate about. I love tutoring these subjects because of how they build off one another, making it simpler for students to connect the topics as they move farther down the road. This ties into my teaching style where I typically break down larger, more complex problems into smaller, more manageable questions so students are able to connect the pieces on their own. This helps them develop skills that can help them on quizzes and exams in the future. I am also a big fan of video games and am an active follower of Christ. Animals are also my passion, which has helped me understand subjects such as General Biology more as well.
