With a background as both a middle school English and math teacher and a K-12 technology director, I bring a unique blend of educational experience and tech-savvy problem-solving to every tutoring session. I'm deeply passionate about helping students build confidence through clarity there's nothing better than watching a concept click into place and seeing a student light up with understanding.

I specialize in academic tutoring for middle and high school students, with particular strengths in English, writing, and math fundamentals. I'm also experienced in test prep and computer science instruction. Among all the subjects I tutor, I especially enjoy working on writing and language arts. Helping students find their voice, organize their thoughts, and communicate effectively is deeply rewarding and a skill that benefits them across every area of life.

My tutoring style is adaptive, supportive, and strategic. I work to meet each student where they are, breaking down big ideas into approachable steps while building up their independence and problem-solving skills. Outside of tutoring, I'm a systems thinker and a lifelong learner. I enjoy optimizing workflows, creating helpful tools, and diving into all things productivity and tech. I also spend a lot of time with my cat Ruby who sometimes like to make guest appearances during sessions!
