I graduated from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2012, receiving the Degree of Associates in Applied Science Criminal Justice Technology. I then continued my education at Coker University majoring in Criminology and minoring in Sociology. I also completed the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in Basic Law Enforcement in 2007. I then started my career in Law Enforcement at Hartsville City Police Department working through the ranks of Corporal where I assisted the road Seargent supervise a street patrol shift. I then Promoted up to Seargent where I supervised my own shift. After leaving Hartsville City Police Department I went to work for United States Marshal Service as a Court Security Officer. I then went to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and completed the Court Security Training which include several topics and training on the shooting and bomb ranges and reading body languages and how to protect our United States Federal Court Judges and Court staff. I then helped the United States Supreme Court Police to start up their Special Security Officers program that provided protection for all 9 of the US Supreme Court Justices as well as the United Stated Supreme Courthouse.
