I recently graduated with departmental and general honors from Vassar College in 2024, where I majored in Drama, and minored in Russian Studies. I completed my playwriting thesis with an original adaptation of the ancient Greek tragic trilogy The Oresteia by Aeschylus, and was awarded the Molly Thatcher Kazan Memorial Prize for my work. At Vassar, I also gained ample experience reading and analyzing text; I worked as a research assistant studying ancient source material on Greek drama, and I have conducted research and distilled information on complex sources such as Tolstoy's War and Peace, which I investigated as a dramaturg. I am a diligent academic, and I am passionate about developing thorough interpretations and analyses of the various texts I work with.

I have experience tutoring elementary school level readers, and administering assessments to monitor their progress. For more advanced learners, I am most passionate about tutoring English, literature, creative writing, and analytical writing. I thoroughly believe in the joy of learning, and I want to help encourage a sense of academic agency and curiosity in those I tutor.
