I have an honours bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Sustainable Forest Management from the University of British Columbia.
I have years of tutoring experience, mostly with high school students, and particularly enjoy tutoring STEM subjects and writing. My favourite subject to tutor is math, since I enjoy the logic of it, and nothing can beat the feeling of opening a student's eyes to the beauty of mathematics.
My teaching philosophy is that the best way to learn is hands-on application. I also like to individualize my teaching style to match the interests and personalities of my students.
