I am a senior finishing up my undergraduate degree in Political Science at Oregon State University. I am originally from San Jose, California, though I have travelled around some before ending up in Corvallis, Oregon.

Much of my tutoring background has involved helping non-English speakers improve their English. I spent four months in Lyon, France, teaching English to French students and helping them with their math and writing homework in French.

I tutor a variety of subjects, including music theory, political science, and all forms of writing. As for standardized testing, I most enjoy helping students with the English and reading portions of the ACT and SAT, though I'm also happy to help with the math section of both tests, too.

I would describe myself as a very adaptable tutor; I tend to observe what teaching style works best for the student and go from there!
