I am studying Philosophy & Economics at university. This involves essay writing, long readings and some maths - a somewhat mixed bag of skills that appeals to me! I play netball for my uni and I'm part of the Sign Language Society and the African Caribbean Society.

I have tutored students remotely and received tutoring myself over the course of my education. My aim is to help students in ways that is most beneficial to them - I try to find out what type of learner each student is, and tailor the lesson plan to best suit their needs. I will also endeavour to help my students build confidence in themselves and the quality of work they can produce. Personally, I am a visual learner so I like looking at videos or images about the topic I'm learning. I also find mnemonics useful for memorising key content, or thought palaces to help recall information.
