I graduated from Vermillion Community College with an associate degree, majoring in Business and Management. Subsequently, I earned my Bachelor's in Sociology and Broadfield Social Sciences from UW-Stevens Point.

My diverse background extends beyond academia, offering insights into various subjects. However, my true passion lies in Language Arts, complemented by a profound understanding of history and culture. I've honed reading comprehension skills through the MN Reading Core and gained extensive experience as a para and substitute teacher throughout the upper and central Midwest. Additionally, I've served as an online writing tutor and editor.

Fueled by a genuine love of learning, I strive to instill enthusiasm in my students by making lessons interesting, entertaining, and relevant. My commitment to staying abreast of technology and media trends enhances this goal.

Beyond academics, I also enjoy outdoor pursuits such as camping and cross country skiing.
