With a degree in Physics and Electronics from St Andrews University I've worked most of my life in customer facing roles in companies making "high-tech" electronic and instrumentation products - the latter being sold into Physical and Life science applications in Universities and Industrial companies.

This has required:
1. Establishing and maintaining trust over the long term
2. Understanding the individual needs of (multiple) people in a customer's organisation.
3. Explaining complex products in simple ways
4. Leading and mentoring sales and product development teams.

In addition to sales and product training I've also taught sub-aqua diving in the classroom and open water for 10+ years.

With Physics and Mathematics used almost daily since my graduation I now teach in these subjects,
