I am excited to wake up each day and practice Real Estate. I love to work with and help people find their dream home or to sell their property to move into a home that is better for their lifestyle.

I think there is always room in an industry for an energetic and enthusiastic person. I love to help others who are as passionate as I am about real estate to begin or further their career as a Realtor. I look forward to helping others reach their goal in this dynamic industry.

I welcome all levels of students. There are no "stupid or dumb" questions. I teach at the Student's level. If someone is just starting out then we go at a basic, beginning speed. As the Student progresses we can pick up the pace to match the Student's level. If a Student is advanced and wants to discuss advanced information, well then I look forward to digging into the details and getting into very specific issues.

I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. I have practiced as an Industrial Real Estate Broker and as a Residential Realtor. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Law Degree from Golden Gate University.
