I have been a practicing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for nearly 6 years following passing my NBCOT. My passion for occupational therapy (OT) has led me to pursuing my Master's in Occupational Therapy at Dominican College of Blauvelt in NY. I hold a strong interest in assisting other aspiring COTA's in passing their NBCOT as this can feel like a mountain of information to be tackled. My experience as a COTA has allowed me to gain ample experience in topics covered in this important certification exam.

In addition to the COTA NBCOT exam, my strongest academic subjects include science (including anatomy and physiology/kinesiology), english, essay writing, and psychology. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan which allows me to tailor my teaching style to the learning style of each individual. As in my professional therapy career, my views on tutoring include that each session should be planned and individualize to each person.
