I love coaching individuals who struggle with executive function skills. I spent most of my life struggling to do many of the things that my friends and colleagues did easily. When I first learned about the concept of "executive function," all those struggles suddenly made sense, and I dove into researching strategies to strengthen my own EF Skills. As your coach, I will work with you to find strategies and techniques that will help you develop those skills. And I will do that from a place of personal understanding.

In my 28 years as a certified English teacher, I have taught English classes to 9th-12th grade students, including AP English Literature. My other teaching assignments have included AP Research, Introduction to Education (Dual credit), arts and humanities, film studies, and theater.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Agnes Scott College and my Masters in English from Western Kentucky University. I also have a PhD in Leadership with an Emphasis in Education from the University of the Cumberlands. I am currently enrolled in Landmark College's Learning Differences and Neurodiversity: Executive Function Certificate Program.
